Moorings & Customer Communications Officer

As a Moorings & Customer Communications Officer you will have an understanding in the boating and marine industry and experience in administration and sales. You will also have exceptional customer service and communication skills. The post holder will be based at the picturesque Bucklers Hard Yacht Harbour on the Beaulieu River as part of the Harbour team and will also work alongside the central Marketing team to assist with sales and marketing campaigns.

You will need to have a clean Driving Licence, RYA Powerboat 2, VHF Licence and an understanding of social media channels along with the ability to work within a team.

You must have your own transport due to limited public transport being available in the area.

IT SUPPORT TECHNICAN

Would you like to work for an award-winning family visitor attraction, set in the heart of the New Forest? Are you someone who is hands on and enjoys being amongst people?  Are you a problem solver with experience of providing first and second line support? Then now is the perfect opportunity to join the Beaulieu family.

We are looking for the right person to work with the IT Manager and the IT technicians providing support to many departments and areas across the site and wider estate. Supported by third party contractors you will play an important role in the team, assisting with many different software packages and types of devices. As well as providing hands on support at weekend Events throughout the year.

This role provides a different challenge everyday and will suit someone who likes to think on their feet and pool knowledge from lots of areas to find solutions.

The successful applicant will be able to install new hardware in a mix of physical environments supporting users through process and software changes. They will be part of the overall network maintenance, from building new workstations to auditing equipment.

Front of House – Part Time Shop Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Front of House team as a Gift Shop Supervisor.

We are looking for a friendly, engaging, and positive individual who enjoys interacting with people to join our team here at Beaulieu and Bucklers Hard.

The supervisor will be responsible for:

• The training, development, and motivation of the team, inspiring them to deliver the highest levels of customer service.
• The store presentation: including cleanliness, visual display, and merchandising, also ensuring the shop retains the appropriate levels of stock.
• To lead the team to drive sales on the shop floor, optimizing sales, and customer service always.

The hours are variable, typically working up to three days a week including weekends and bank holidays. Additional hours may be required to cover holidays, sickness and attraction events.
