We are delighted to announce that the famous sailor and author Peter Bruce is joining us on 25th May 2019 to present to guests at our first pop-up restaurant event of the year.

Peter BrucePeter has achieved a string of victories, making him one of the top Corinthian skippers in the world. He has twice been in Britain’s winning Admiral’s Cup Team and has taken part with distinction in most of the Fastnet races since his first in 1961. He is also the author of the ever popular books Solent Hazards, Heavy Weather Sailing and Solent & Island Tidal Streams.

His presentation will be based on his book Solent Hazards, which covers the area between the Needles and the forts at Spithead. His valuable knowledge of the Solent is not to be missed and we feel privileged that Peter will be sharing this with us.

The talk will start at 6.30pm, followed by an artisan BBQ on the banks of the Beaulieu River.

For more details and the full menu, please visit our pop-up restaurant page.

Tickets are £25 per head and can be reserved by contacting the Harbour Office.

We will be running a series of pop-up restaurant events throughout the year. For dates and details, keep an eye on our Gourmet Rivière pop-up restaurant page.
